This place always seems busy. There's good reason for that. The kosher food and the service are outstanding.
It can get a bit noisy with the number of people, but you can still have a conversation.
I think their chicken gumbo soup is the best. Pair that with a sandwich and you have a great meal. Their Ceasar salad with a choice of meat is huge. Our party took home their leftover salads, it was that much.
No one ever seems rushed to turn over tables, either.

Traditional food, made well. Service is pleasant and the atmosphere is comfortable, with attractive decor. On street parking or in the lot behind the building.
