Horrible experience! Will never go back! The manger has no authority in his own business! The staff are rude and obnoxious! Very annoyed waited over and hour and half to to get out sushi after we placed our order 3 days in advance!

@sushitokyo I hope you read this.I’ve been getting sushi from you guys for about 10 years. In the last year or so I have ordered 3 times and have had absolutely terrible experiences. This is not a derogatory message for people to see. Rather an effective way for you to realize you need to improve your service. I have had spoiled fish, absolutely mushy rice and messy messy presentation. It is unacceptable to be providing a service and doing it badly. I mean this seriously, you have one job. You charge us for food. Don’t serve spoiled and rotten food. I hope you can’t improve on your service and product asap. I AM GROOT.
