Haven't been going often. The last few times had to wait 25 minutes just to order, this morning ended up ordering on their app waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes got to the window, was told they didn't have what I ordered and asked what I wanted in replacement. Got what I asked for however the other half of my order was missing. Tried to call but their number is disconnected...will not return.
I waited at the speaker with no response, since it was early and a couple of weeks before this their speaker was broken I decided to pull around to window. Immediately I was greated with an attitude about not ordering at the speaker, when I explained I got told - "well we were busy" Lots of staff turnover in the last month, I miss the girl that used to open at 5 am, she was awesome
Why is there never a manager at this store? I come to this Dunkin pretty often and yesterday I accidentally ordered on the go 2 times the same order. So I asked the guy if he could refund me he said no he dosent know how to do any of that and there isn’t a manager in the store. He told me he would leave a note on the receipt and I can come back and get the coffees. He would not give me a copy of the receipt either. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a issue here every time...read full review
