Half coffee and bad attitude. Drive thru cashier needs to find a different job if she clearly hates the one she's currently at. Especially when customers are bothering her. Coffee was half full and luke warm.

Can you tell me where is all the Everything bagels are? Never have them! UPDATE Came back after 4 years: I ordered a sourdough sandwich they didn't have it. I ordered a Boston cream donut? They didn't have any? Are you kidding ? I got a coffee. Yes they had coffee and I let them pick the donuts that they had. I just wanted to get out.

Haven't been going often. The last few times had to wait 25 minutes just to order, this morning ended up ordering on their app waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes got to the window, was told they didn't have what I ordered and asked what I wanted in replacement. Got what I asked for however the other half of my order was missing. Tried to call but their number is disconnected...will not return.

Three stars because sometimes the food is good and sometimes the service is bad. I ordered a frozen coffee once through the drive thru and got charged one price, and then the next time I ordered one of the same size and flavor, got charged more (more than the menu said)! The service that time was also pretty bad. The cashier who took my money at the drive thru was rude and there were no smiles at all. I didn't even complain about the price (didn't notice it until later) or complain about anything, yet I was treated as if I were 'bothering' her. The egg and cheese bagel sandwiches are 95% hot and the other 5% of the time were lukewarm.

I think everyone knows what I mean when I say that sometimes your coffee will taste like swamp water or sometimes it'll taste like it's heaven sent. I'll always opt for Dunkin', but it could use some work on minimizing the swamp coffees.

Always hit and miss with the food and drinks. I stopped by a few days ago and grabbed two breakfast sandwiches. One was burnt and the other didn't have bread toasted.

This one girl at the drive thru messed up my order then gave me a whole attitude because she messed it up, didn’t greet me and gave me a whole attitude while she was making my drink, she didn’t even make it right at all again and then just handed me my drink aggressively not only that it took 20 minutes in the drive thru alone I work in customer service and have worked for a Dunkin’ Donuts yall need to do better smh

It's very busy there so sometimes the atmosphere is tense but my first couple of drinks there weren't really great but I think they've got it now and there was much better on the third time.Parking: It's the only Dunkin donuts close to me so it's going to be my place and I think it'll be fine. If you're not ordering anything like a frozen coffee you'll be okay ?

You should order about 30 minutes early, and they will still get your order wrong. I do not recommend stopping here. And straws are always out.

I love Dunkin coffee. So I was very surprised when took a drink of my LeRoy Dunkin coffee this morning. It had a terrible aftertaste, just awful. I tried to figure it out by taking a couple of more sips before I dumped it out, but no luck. Best case, they used the same grounds for a couple of run throughs. Although I've had that before and that really wasn't the taste. Worst case, well I can't and don't want to hazard a guess there. I'll keep drinking Dunkin but not from this store.
The staff here is very friendly and attentive. Kudos especially to Jasmine and Eric, who both go above and beyond daily. ?
