Haven't been going often. The last few times had to wait 25 minutes just to order, this morning ended up ordering on their app waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes got to the window, was told they didn't have what I ordered and asked what I wanted in replacement. Got what I asked for however the other half of my order was missing. Tried to call but their number is disconnected...will not return.
I waited at the speaker with no response, since it was early and a couple of weeks before this their speaker was broken I decided to pull around to window. Immediately I was greated with an attitude about not ordering at the speaker, when I explained I got told - "well we were busy" Lots of staff turnover in the last month, I miss the girl that used to open at 5 am, she was awesome
I just want to get coffee and some food in my stomach before I go into work and I sat in a drive-through for 10 minutes Waiting for someone to take my order and when I go and drive around up to the window, there were NO CARS in front at all instead there’s a woman standing at the window doing nothing not taking orders or anything.
