Immediately I was greated with an attitude about not ordering at the speaker, when I explained I got told - "well we were busy" Lots of staff turnover in the last month, I miss the girl that used to open at 5 am, she was awesome“

“In Arizona I became addicted to Vente Green tea lattes, at the time they made them with melon syrup. It's been quite a while since they discontinued the melon syrup. Since that downgrade I have slowed my consumption of these hot green tea lattes. I just bought one here at a toll plaza on Interstate 90 in New York. Evidently it's a Starbuck trait to train their employees to be obstinate, I didn't need anything special, but I would like to have a green tea latte that had a similar flavor to all the rest. If you buy a McDonald's cheeseburger in Syracuse, one in San Francisco tastes identical. Not so here, at 5 cents shy of $8 I understand why there is no line at the outside drive thru and no one save me in the inside. (Without the melon syrup these green tea lattes have a fishy taste, this one did not. But all the flavors were dull and nonpresent. Shame.)“

“Went to AM-FM for the first time on Tuesday, 9/29/26. It is extremely clean and the food smells amazing as soon as you walk in the door and only gets better when you are served it and get to taste it. The service was awesome and friendly as well. We will definitely come back!“
