“In Arizona I became addicted to Vente Green tea lattes, at the time they made them with melon syrup. It's been quite a while since they discontinued the melon syrup. Since that downgrade I have slowed my consumption of these hot green tea lattes. I just bought one here at a toll plaza on Interstate 90 in New York. Evidently it's a Starbuck trait to train their employees to be obstinate, I didn't need anything special, but I would like to have a green tea latte that had a similar flavor to all the rest. If you buy a McDonald's cheeseburger in Syracuse, one in San Francisco tastes identical. Not so here, at 5 cents shy of $8 I understand why there is no line at the outside drive thru and no one save me in the inside. (Without the melon syrup these green tea lattes have a fishy taste, this one did not. But all the flavors were dull and nonpresent. Shame.)“

“I waited at the speaker with no response, since it was early and a couple of weeks before this their speaker was broken I decided to pull around to window. Immediately I was greated with an attitude about not ordering at the speaker, when I explained I got told - "well we were busy" Lots of staff turnover in the last month, I miss the girl that used to open at 5 am, she was awesome“
