Today I went to Leroy New York Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru. The person taken the order had a hard time remembering my order. To the point where I had to repeat it a couple times. I like Dunkin as much as the next guy, don’t get me wrong. But like, just hire more people DAMN. Every time we order a wake-up wrap (the person who orders it asks for cheddar and sausage instead of American and bacon) it’s always wrong. That’s not even just this Dunkin it’s every single one in Batavia too.
Good dunkies to visit if in the area. My son and I ordered hot chocolate and it was very tasty. Counter service people were friendly and cheerful. We didn’t order food, just cocoa.
