The Port Jefferson location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced have called the store 4 x telling me a manager will call me back never called I was told I can cancel my order without a problem when I called for my refund which I might say was less then 24 hrs from ordering they only wanted to give me half my money !!! Needless to say will never go back there again nor will the rest of my family that gives them business!!
Quality of food and service has gone way down over the last year.
Very disappointed with dortonis! I was on hold for over 45 minutes. I called back and was told to hold. 14 minutes later…nothing! I called a 3rd time and a worker picked up and said they were very busy and I “had” to wait! No apology no empathy NOTHING But disrespect!! I highly doubt that it was that busy on a random Wednesday at 4:30 pm! This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me and I’m highly disgusted! I decided to take my business elsewhere!!
