This place is absolutely disgusting from the food to the service. Their food is so plain, not one ounce of flavor and the chicken is so dry. Made me sick to my stomach. When you speak to them, they act like they can’t understand what you’re saying. The place smells and is dirty. My recommendation don’t waste your time or money going to this deli

I called ahead to pre-order breakfast and was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare. However, when I arrived, my meal was still not ready. I asked how much longer it would take but received no response, so I waited 30 minutes before finally receiving my order. There was no price list for bagels displayed in the store. When I inquired about the price, the front desk staff said it was $6 per bagel, while I had assumed it was $5. Upon questioning, a female employee wearing glasses responded harshly in Spanish, which I did not understand. I find it unacceptable to be treated this way simply for asking about the price.
The preparation time was excessively long, and the service was disappointing. While other staff members were friendly, this particular employee clearly lost her composure and showed a lack of professionalism. I hope she learns to manage her emotions and treat customers with respect. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and want to express my strong complaint.

I've been traveling on the road and I'm finally back in NY. I'm originally from the Bronx so I'm super picky with those bodegas with the prepped food. But wow, did this place hit the spot. I feel like I'm back in the Bronx eating at my best friend's abuelas house.

Amazing food vro, i love the colombian chicken empanadas. Service is good.
Food wasn't good too salty plus they think their a upscale restaurant bc I've paid over 30 for two plates of food and the food was salty the steak was a cheap hard steak no favors other than salt, don't recommend for anyone to come here unless you want to over pay for salty food

I had never eaten something so horrible. I asked for a regular bite and they brought me one with shrimp and a soda. I spent 47$ and they charged me 61$. It's my worst investment in food that I've ever made in my entire life. That's not even for dogs. It's a waste like a gruel. of stew that can make the person sick. I will never buy from that place again. I have bought the typical chopped one with all dry chili; but what they sent me for that price is disgusting, no one ate that bomito, how disgusting and (for the owner he must sell better food it doesn't matter if they are beans but they can be eaten why that bite is not even for animals) a very bad experience super bad I will never buy something so disgusting again
