We had such a wonderful dining experience, thanks in large part to our incredible waitress, Alicia. She was friendly, sweet, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire meal, making us feel right at home. Her warm personality and accommodating service truly elevated the night.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared with that unmistakable farm-to-table quality. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and every bite was full of flavor.
And don’t skip dessert. The chocolate budino was a standout. It was light and smooth, topped with homemade whipped cream and little toffee pieces that added the perfect crunch. A must-try!

Was once our favorite italian restaurant. Now, not at all - pasta dishes had little flavor - spaghetti sauce & vodka sauce - boring...barely any flavor. Food was only warm - not hot. Won't return. Also, interior could use an update.

Carmelo's has been our go-to family celebration restaurant for years. I live in a big city, and I travel quite often for work. I would put the quality, service, and atmosphere at Carmelo's up against any where else I've traveled, including NYC, San Francisco, Rome, London, Paris. This restaurant is an absolute gem. If you are anywhere near Niagara Falls or Lewiston, stop by. Worth the drive from Niagara on the Lake or Buffalo as well.

I stumbled upon this place by accident while I was visiting Niagara Falls. I was told to go to Lewiston and to have dinner at Griffins. While driving there, Carmelo’s Coat of Arms caught my attention and I stopped in. I got the Lumache Alla Vodka and the homemade pasta was hands down the best pasta I have ever had. My waitress Ashley was very friendly and accommodating and she made the experience very enjoyable. If anyone is in the area I would recommend this as a “MUST” try. There are not many places that have great service, great food and a great atmosphere all wrapped up in one place.

Cozy Italian restaurant that blends class with value. The interior with wooden rafters and subdued lighting offers an elegant dining experience. The quality of the food was superb. We shared a crispy calamari salad that had a generous portion of tender battered calamari I had the Cacio e Pepe rigatoni, it was delicious.
The vanilla bean sorbet and the Tiramisu were both rich and very very good.

This is in my top five restaurants in WNY. I come here a few times a year. Everything is delicious and I appreciate the use of seasonal vegetables. I’ve had many items on the menu - especially love the squid ink pasta with shrimp, the mafalde and budino. I also love the cozy vibe on the restaurant.
Vegetarian options: There’s usually one or two vegetarian pasta dishes on the menu as well as a few vegetarian appetizers. In addition, there’s some vegetable sides.
