Pretty good Chinese place. We order from here frequently. Reason for 4 stars is inconsistency and cash only. Sometimes the food is great sometimes it’s just ok. Pretty sure the cash only thing is just a means for tax fraud or to fleece people for the $3.50 atm fee though.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this was my third and final time ordering here. Every time I have ordered I order kung pao chicken which is supposed to be spicy, I specifically say “extra extra spicy” and when I eat it, it’s bland and not even remotely spicy. Again last night I said “extra extra extra extra spicy I want it to hurt” and it was the same as always, bland and zero effort to make it spicy. I’m done.

I have been a customer for a long time. I order the same thing everytime I place an order, an order of fried wontons. The guy over the phone got my order wrong and I had already paid and left. When I called to see if I could come back he was extremely rude and refused, he became agitated when I told him he was wrong. I walked back in and payed extra for them to fix there mistake. Sad to say I will never be back here and I encourage other people not to give them your money. It’s just not worth the hassle. No customer service skills at all.

The food was good. I was disappointed to see that the person handling the cash was also preparing something but was not wearing gloves to do either as he went from one task to another. The item looked like it was going to be cooked/deep fried but disappointing nonetheless. The dining area needs some cleaning as well. Cash only. I realized after that I was overcharged as well. Not by much but still overcharged.

Oh, my God! The pepper steak is the best I've ever had!!! Extremely tasty. My wife ordered chicken lo mein. We've had Chinese food in San Francisco, L.A., Vegas, and Tennessee. I could eat this pepper steak every day--even my picky 10yo son liked it. It was also a good deal for $7.50 and a good amount. Service was fast and friendly. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will seek out China Pearl again!

Ordered take out. My coworkers order here a lot. The portion size is generous for price. I ordered the cashew chicken, it was actually pretty good and I was quite happy with the amount of cashews in it. The fried rice was slightly disappointing and my stomach was upset a few hours after. My coworkers dishes looked good too, am interested in ordering again.

Called and placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived to pick it up 25 minutes later and was told at the counter that I never placed an order. Gentleman at the counter had zero people skills and offered no apology nor acknowledged that any mistake had taken place. I recommend not calling in for takeout if they sound even a little busy over the phone.
