Stopped at this quaint Italian bakery, while in Lewiston. I had the pistachio gelato, and brought goodies home. Very delicious baked goods. They had a nice selection of pasta and sauces, and other local food selections, to purchase and cook or enjoy at home. My items traveled well, a four hour drive, back to my home. Looking forward to enjoying my purchases. Stop by and check out the goodies.
Helpful staff. Great baked goods from bread to cookies . They even have pizza pre-made by the squares. Frozen dough, ravioli, shells, dry pasta, and Jared sauce. Everything for an Italian dinner appetizers to dessert.
I live in the Village, and either my wife or I stop into Di Camillo Bakery every other day. I give them high marks for their desserts, pastries, cakes, and donuts,—they do a great job in those areas. But the bread? One kind? Scaletta. I grew up in Italy (more time there than most of the Lewiston locals), where you can find over 20 types of authentic Italian bread. Scaletta bread is Italian-American Wonder Bread. A bakery that's been around for a century doesn't show...
