The staff were very nice but my tall latte was only filled up about 3/4 of the way. For $6.21 I’m kind of disappointed I spent so much on such little coffee.

Went in for the BOGO coffee offer. Ordered at the counter since I was done with my shopping, 2 lattes and purchased a bag of coffee beans. When I checked my receipt it showed I was charged for both lattes, and when I questioned this, the clerk said that her manager told her that the offer does not work for walk ups, and for me to contact customer service. WHAT? Contacted CS via chat and was told that because I bought a bag of coffee beans I didnt qualify for the BOGO. WHAT? Called the CS number and explained this again, after 20 minutes was offered a $7 credit. This is the second time I have had payment issues at this location, with the same clerk. Last time my card was charged for the order after mine. Plenty of other places to get coffee locally.

Starbucks employees don't sigh and roll their eyes when I give a complicated order or want more almond milk and no ice. I don't hear "I'll do it this time but..."I'd like to shop small but why? I can get exactly what I want here.
