Interesting location. Seeing a Tim's in white building was different! Also, this Tim's appears to have multiple floors woth a patio and separate entrance at the street level, and another space below the street level. Quiye amusing.

I always come here and the people working always act annoyed or in a rush and have got my iced coffee wrong several times. To the point where I truly believe they do this on purpose to me. I ask them to make sure it's right but then will over load it with ice won't put the shot it and still charge me for it and when I ask to fix it they throw a fit and get mad about it as if I'm the one who did something wrong. It's iced coffee not rocket science. These Tim's have really crapped the bed the last few years but this lewiston one is in a class of its own when it comes to bad business. I'm not going to be coming here anymore. Lost a long term customer over something ridiculous.

It is always a nice surprise to find one of these locations. The food and coffee always seems consistent no matter where you find a location. This one was rather unique below street level.

Sorry, but this sign is a bit extra. I understand if you’ve had issues with kids in the past, but there are better ways to handle that. Not all teens want to cause problems. My sister and I (both teens) are from out of town and just wanted to use a bathroom. Majority of us don’t need an adult to accompany us into a fast food place. 🙄

They locked us out. They are supposed to be open until 8pm but by 7:45pm the doors were locked. We even knocked but they wouldn’t allow us in. I’m from Texas and was excited to try Tim Hortons, but I guess the management here doesn’t need my business.

Who ever was working the night of June 6th at 7pm needs a lesson in customer service and learn how to make drinks right. It's amazing the level of intelligence these workers have. How hard can it be and you want 15 an hour.......lmfao what a joke. I'm pretty sure if Bob the owner knew what kind of people he had working here I'm sure they would be gone. Maybe someone should let him know....

Supposed to open at 5am. Last 5 times I went, they weren't open..one time I can see the drive through was open, so I called and he said oh we forgot!

I didn't want to even give a 1 star rating. The staff were not very connected or concerned about how they treated us, the customer. When our food was ready they just threw the bag on the counter without addressing us or who the food was for. We looked at each other trying to figure out if it was our order! Will not go to that location, ever again!

With the two big price increases recently and switching to those white puffy lids, I’m not sure Tim’s is my first choice for coffee anymore.
