I didn't want to even give a 1 star rating. The staff were not very connected or concerned about how they treated us, the customer. When our food was ready they just threw the bag on the counter without addressing us or who the food was for. We looked at each other trying to figure out if it was our order! Will not go to that location, ever again!

Excellent coffee, excellent breakfast sandwiches and very tasty donuts. I enjoyed my time here when I came to Lewiston to visit family. I wish we had Tim Hortons in California. You are way better than Dunkin'!

Okay this is SUCH a good Timmie's! It's in the bottom floor, if you're going inside the cafe you need to take the stairs (I attached some pictures). First off the bathrooms are clean! The cafe itself is super charming and clean throughout. The atmosphere is really cozy (the lighting is so neat) and I love that they decorated for Halloween. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they had so many staff working, too. The donuts looked so good and well-made! And the outside of the cafe is really nice looking. Thank you, will be back!

So it’s in a basement which is pretty cool. Just giving everyone a heads up because at first I didn’t know if I was supposed to go down but it was amazing!
Always go with my son awesome ? comfy cozy and relaxing, all the tim staff is really kind and nice love this place

I hate to give a place a bad review, but after so many times, I’m going to say something. I have never gone here without my order being messed up this summer…a black iced coffee and an egg sandwich with no cheese. The first time, management got involved because they gave me the wrong order entirely. The cashier tried to blame me saying that I ordered what they gave me. The second time, management had gotten involved again because I already paid for my order, which wasn’t what I ordered (which you usually do). The fourth time they were out (understandable). The fifth time, they decided to leave the cheese on but left the egg out…of an egg sandwich.
Out of desperation today because I’m running late, I stopped by. I’m now sitting in my office with a sandwich with no egg but cheese.
