Please thank your wonderful manager Terra and employee of Terry for refusing to fill my order after I paid for it and when I kindly asked why can't get my order. Dunkin' offers a mixed experience. The building is spacious, but the restaurant often runs out of items. Some customers appreciate the excellent service and friendly staff, while others have experienced long wait times and incorrect orders through the drive-through. The workers are very considerate and polite, and the place is very easy to get in and out of, with 15 designated car parking spaces and 7 clean tables. Customers can sit, relax, and refresh before continuing to their destinations. The corner of 211th street and busy Jamaica Avenue in Queens Village is the location of this Dunkin' establishment. The breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread with bacon, egg, and cheese is delicious, and the gentleman who took the order was on point, nice, and precise. Overall, Dunkin' is an average spot to grab a coffee and bagel to start the day.
