Clean, bright, and a huge menu. Food was delayed however, the waitress was apologetic and explained there was a new chef training. Food was delicious. I am vegetarian and had no difficulty finding a meal. My partner loved his breakfast at 8 O'clock in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were in the Catskills for a weekend and we absolutely loved the Liberty Diner. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice. This family owned restaurant treats everyone as if they are family. They strive to make everyone feel at home with their kindness, delicious food and their sincere interest in the customer. They are one of the only restaurants in the Catskills that you can actually go to and get served at 11 PM during the week and midnight on the weekend....
