Went for dinner during week(no major games scheduled) and wasn't crowded. Greeted & seated quickly. Ordered appetizer for the 3 of us(sampler). Very good. 2 of us ordered wings(10 each) and other ordered sliders. Wings were meaty, tasty but overdone. Sliders had sauteed onions that weren't(on the raw side), also wete very small, mostly bread. Seconds after entrees hit table, server asked how we're doing but didn't come back to see if we needed refills (which we did). I've been to other Hurricane Wings in the region numerous times and they were all better than this one.

We had visited on a Friday night with two other couples so there were six in total. They had live music which seemed like a good thing. The band was not particularly good and played too loud for the size of the space. I ordered the Mac Daddy burger. The menu described it as a burger with bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and mac n chees bites with queso on it. I requested mine with American cheese instead of the queso. When they brought it out, it was a mess. The bacon was raw, the grilled onions were barely grilled, perhaps for about a minute so they were still raw. Wilted lettuce and a slice of American cheese carelessly thrown on top at the last minute and not even the slightest bit melted. I sent it back but the replacement was not any better. The burger itself was not bad but by the time I got the replacement, the other 5 people were done eating. We had started going there pretty frequently, about once every two weeks but I think after last Friday, we will be seeking another option. I will say that the manager was informed, came to the table, apologized and even removed it from the bill despite me telling her I would pay for it. To me it's really about how management allows things to leave the kitchen. This was the unacceptable part. We also had waited quite a long time for the meal despite the place not being too crowded. I think they need to better train the cooks in the kitchen.
