Krzysztof is an excellent young man and fabulous worker at this wonderful 7/11! He is the brightest, most talented and most exquisite boy I have ever encountered. He makes the atmosphere inside this 7/11 quite delectable! My favorite 7/11 by far, all because of Mr. Krzysztof!!!

Owner seems to choose favorite customers that he doesn't mind hanging around and even hanging out behind the counter, but him as well as a few of the co-workers( but not all there are a few really good ones) but will rush and give an attitude to certain customers that they don't like for some reason. I've also noticed that most of the newer employees seem to have already known or be friends with management.. hmm, I wonder why that is? Other than that, the store is usually clean and well stocked and there are select few employees that I do rather visit the store to shop when they are working rather than getting an attitude and rushed out by ones that don't even know me well and display the same attitudes to whichever other customers that rub them the wrong way. I guess some people don't realize that when you work in retail you have to at least give everyone the same respect for the most part, not just judging someone's character based on 5 or 10 minutes infrequent visits to the store.

Nasty workers. There are three 711's in Lindenhurst I won't shop at the Montauk Highway one again. My daughter got a Mickey Mouse icecream pop, literally 60 seconds after buying it, I opened the icecream and saw it was all smashed. I went back inside the 711 to ask for a new one. The lady behind the desk didn't believe me that I had JUST bought the icecream there and began screaming her coworker's name at the top of her lungs "ROOOOOSSSAAAAA!!!!!" about a dozen times. Finally, Rosa appeared from the back and verified that yes, she had just rung me up for the icecream so the grouchy lady finally let me get a new, non-smashed icecream. Your customer service over a $4 item is the worst I have ever seen at a 711 you just lost some customers.

I month ago (may 5) I ordered ck wings, drink and pork rings,.. I went to pick up my order and without notice or call manager Black lady canceled my ck wings because they were sold out,.. so they wanted me to pick the drink and the chips without the main item (ck wings) is like you go to burger King and they tell you we canceled the whopper but just take the fries and soda. Ughh ridiculous ? ,. I left without the chips n drink and the didn't refund my money ughhhhhhh they stole my money,.. they are thief!!

The prices on the shelves are never correct, and not by a few cents, but 1-5 dollars. The one cashier at night has zero tact about it too and will argue endlessly and have a nasty attitude about it. On a personal note, this is the same cashier who twice caused an overdraft account by not inputting the cash (like $20 cash and then the rest on card). The first time, okay, mistakes happen... the second time, clarified 3 times that the cash was put in first, then after the transaction when he handed back the cash to my extreme surprise, no apology or understanding just "oh its okay, no big deal, it went through, now you have your cash too". Yep, no problem, your incompetence just cost another overdraft fee. Will definitely be bringing my daily business to another location

When this 7-Eleven first opened, it was clean everything was in its place for a couple of months and then today I walked in there - the coffee bar was a mess. The creamers were empty, spills alll over , cups missing, some coffees empty or not made yet & the cappuccino machine which is what I use, the French vanilla did not work you had to hold it down hard the employee said "I don't know why The candy cane cocoa does the same" although I didn't say, but it's probably because it needs to be cleaned thoroughly!! it was disgusting!! The amount they charge for coffee they should at least make sure the employees are taking care of and cleaning the machines!
