Wanna give NO stars, but it won't let me..... ordered a steak well done, came back medium, asked for jalapenos, was told yes then no, asked if they could put the Knicks on and they gave me the runaround 💔

So far I tried 3 times an each time it did not come well done it was too pink so I had to cook it more cause it was a carside to go

This place in particular is close to home, but we going there not just because good food, good environment, and great service, the real reason is because my daughter loves their food and dessert and her friends visit this place also and they are planning to make this place a friends meeting place, in the near future.but you should go there and make this place your favorite place to dine out with family and friends.

Long time customer, ordered food curb side to go . Showed up on time .waited and waited wife walked in to see what was going on with order . Was told sorry we are too busy to come out . Ok well I don’t want my order that was waiting there getting cold for 15 mins because someone couldn’t do there job don't offer curbside pickup then . Wanted a refund on my debt card . Rude service by chubby girl with all the face rings . Refused to refund had to get manager involved.He wasn’t much better when Wife asked for her name he refused to give her name told her to get in back .was told my cc was refunded only to find out it wasn’t . I had to file a claim with my cc company. Called corporate was told I would get a call back but never did . Service was unsatisfactory and corporate could care less . I wouldn’t give any stars and only a netter of time before another unacceptable situation at this location. Manger should be fired ! Follow up ! To the owner your link don’t work ! If you’re so concerned check your cc disputes ! I called corporate and left a report but they are unprofessional as your manager is ! You have my contact info and can call me directly or better yet why don’t you meet me at your location and we can all discuss this face to face with your manger and the rude employee .
