I mean this with all respect, yall ain’t got no business making ramen. The food was bland and I swear the noodles came out of the top ramen packet. The atmosphere and design is amazing but the food was absolute garbage. The drinks were amazing though and so was the service. But the food is hardly good enough for the price.

The food was absolutely great. I had the Bakuto pork ramen and it was absolutely delicious, flavorful and rich broth and tender pork. I particularly liked the mushrooms included in the ramen. My friend had the spicy cold noodles which were also tasty. The service was great, we did have some issues with the waiter mishearing us, ordered chicken bun but got a shrimp bun, but the waiter was quick to comp us for the shrimp and put in the order for the chicken bun. Both buns were good but the chicken was better than the shrimp. The dumpling were solid but nothing special. A nice atmosphere, there was a mini Spock photo hidden in a tea cup which was cute. A great restaurant for a nice dinner!

This was our first experience at Bakuto bar. The food was outstanding and the staff and service was excellent. The little things count everything was delicious from top to bottom. We highly recommend this place and will be back over and over again. This is more than just a ramen restaurant but a delicious destination.

We’ve been coming here for over a year now and we really love it every time we come. The staff is lovely and always remembers us when we come in. The food is very good and they’re always trying out new items on the menu, which they usually post on Instagram. I personally love the chicken buns and the pork ramen (or the spicy pork ramen if you can handle the heat). The place is very cute as well and they’re always playing good music. They also have good deals for happy hour and their prix fixe menu. I would def recommend trying them out if you’re in the area!

Hours are too unpredictable. I don’t recommend. You’ll waste your time going just for them to be closed.

The place itself is cute and the service was friendly but it just didn't hit for me. The food was underwhelming, some too salty some flavorless and the lack of dessert and wine options was disappointing. Our plan was to split a few apps and then get an entree but the apps ended up being a lot more food than expected so we decided to skip entrees and get dessert but unfortunately they had nothing so we went elsewhere for dessert. I started with the kfc sando and fries-the sandwich was much bigger than expected but way too salty and the fries lacked flavor. I was expecting way more taste and they needed a dipping sauce to go with it. Then we split the special 'rice cakes' ...it was more like gnocchi with mushrooms-they were pretty tasty. A little bit tougher than a gnocchi but similar texture and we also split the gyoza which was good. My friend got the pork buns, which came with two and he said they were excellent. Prices weren't bad and there's a municipal parking lot right behind the restaurant.

I love this place but it’s a drive. This is the 3rd time now that I’ve gone and they’re not open. The hours online should be accurate.

Pretty decent ramen. I ordered the Chicken Miso Ramen and the fries. I wish it had a little more flavor but overall it was good and hit the spot on a cold night. I really like the seasoning on the fries.

Chicken katsu rice bowl was just average. Over priced in regard to portion size and flavor. Not enough chicken in the bowl. Pork bun was just ok. Small portion again for the price. Pretty much a two biter per bun. The KFC Sando chicken sandwich is tasty though...good flavor. If you don't like spice, do not get it though.

After a Sunday softball game in Amityville, we dropped into Bakuto in Lindenhurst for a late lunch.Ambience: a lot of art and manga theme, with classic 80's pop music playing overhead. The decor is straight out of something you would find in the Village in Manhattan.Food: more than the usual buns and ramen. We had the:Tokyo Dog - a premium hot dog topped with pickled cabbage, teriyaki and Thai chili. A nice Asian twist to a traditional American staple. 4/5French Fries - really dry and starchy. Tasted like a new flavor of Cheetos. 2/5Bakuto Pork Ramen - a shoyu ramen. Hard to go wrong with a hot bowl of ramen and slices of miso cured pork belly 4/5Confit Chicken Rice Bowl - pieces of pulled chicken served over rice and pickled veggies. The chicken was tender but flavor was lacking 3/5
