If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. Each time I have ordered a cake from this location it has NEVER been available the day of the pick up. I made no complaint today because I should know better at this point, however, when I returned to the store after the time the staff said the cake I ordered would arrive from another location, the owner/manager had the audacity to be extremely rude to me AND made no apology for my inconvenience. Additionally, she also spoke disrespectfully to her employees which was not surprising, but still disgraceful.Lady, you should be extremely grateful you can coast by the company’s overall reputation. I will no longer support any of your franchise locations.

I Door Dashed 2 scoops from the Lindenhurst location and they sent what looked like 1 scoop of freezer burned ice cream. I will NEVER do business here again.
