I don't usually post reviews but I have to. I've ordered from this location several times from UberEats and they just really don't care. I order a sundae with extra topping and I get a cup of plain ice cream. Every single time I give them another chance, they fail. Either they can't read, or they just don't care at all. They should be shut down!

If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. Each time I have ordered a cake from this location it has NEVER been available the day of the pick up. I made no complaint today because I should know better at this point, however, when I returned to the store after the time the staff said the cake I ordered would arrive from another location, the owner/manager had the audacity to be extremely rude to me AND made no apology for my inconvenience. Additionally, she also spoke disrespectfully to her employees which was not surprising, but still disgraceful.Lady, you should be extremely grateful you can coast by the company’s overall reputation. I will no longer support any of your franchise locations.

Went to numerous baskin robbins and i was told they could not make a banana split. pretty disappointed when I friends hanging out inside and they were eating a banana split..

I ordered non-dairy cookie dough ice cream specifically. However, they gave me the dairy version. I had to get hospitalized, which could have been avoided if teenage employees could read and comprehend allergies. I was direct and clear. No more.

Dunkin Donuts Coffee and Hash browns my day started off good
I Door Dashed 2 scoops from the Lindenhurst location and they sent what looked like 1 scoop of freezer burned ice cream. I will NEVER do business here again.

I recently had surgery and am unable to drive so I Door Dashed 2 scoops of ice cream. What was delivered to me looked like one scoop! When you pay over $5.00 for 2 scoops and get less then what you paid for it is terrible business. I will NEVER get anything from here again.
