Got an ice cream cake for my daughter’s bday. The employee was so nice. And helpful, she literally came out from behind the counter to help me pick a cake. The store is always clean and the ice cream is delicious.

We asked for extra peanut butter topping for our sundaes and the guy at the counter is very friendly and good, but the young girl is not. She has an attitude and refuses to accommodate us. Next time I will wait for the friendly guy!

Very nice people! I always come to get soft serve pistachio after I get my nails done, this is the only place I can find soft serve pistachio ice cream anywhere quite frankly. The only thing negative I have to say about Carvel is that the amount of flies buzzing around during the summer time inside is disgusting and gross, can’t they buy a Zevo on Amazon to kill the flies?

I usually avoid this carvel and go to one further away. But was pressed for time and went to this one on wellwood. Walked in place smelled, bad. Just looked dirty. And how complicated is it to make a shake, how does one mess up milk, ice cream, and blend. We’ll, this place did. I will just stick to the other Carvels that are 5 minutes further away, never going back to this one.
