I usually avoid this carvel and go to one further away. But was pressed for time and went to this one on wellwood. Walked in place smelled, bad. Just looked dirty. And how complicated is it to make a shake, how does one mess up milk, ice cream, and blend. We’ll, this place did. I will just stick to the other Carvels that are 5 minutes further away, never going back to this one.

worst place I've ever been to, there was only one staff member who seemed good but after speaking to her she's quitting so i hope they shut down or actually get people how know what they are doing
