I ordered from here threw door dash and the ice cream was old and what ever they put in there ice cream made me sick ever time I had it Never again.

just went in on New Year’s day at 9:30 p.m., where a young girl was working by herself with a continuous line for the twenty minutes we were in there. she informed me the owner/manager did not come in, that it’s been so busy she hasn’t been able to clean, and that she gets paid below minimum wage!! shame on you management, you better be paying her what she deserves and time and a half on a FEDERAL holiday while you spend it at home with your family. i’m sure FTC and Carvel themselves would love to hear what a poor job you’re doing and the violations you commit against your employees.

A lot of variety at this location. I’m giving them 2 stars overall for 2 reasons. 1) They’re short staff & they have a sign saying so. 2) They spelled the name wrong on the cake I purchased. I felt so bad for the guy who helped me today. He was alone & frazzled. Extra hands are needed!!

Parking: Not a ton of space because this store is sharing the parking lot with 2-3 other businesses.

This is one of the better Carvel locations on Long Island but it seems at all the locations they work super slow and there is always a line out the door. At least at this place, the ice cream was of much higher quality than the Copiague Carvel.

Ordered the flying saucers from DoorDash and it came from this location. They are cheap and did not fill the saucers correctly. They only filled it half way but it was still the same price. Very ridiculous
