I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too poor to ignore. The food was dry, and the owner’s sharp attitude made the visit uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be returning, and I don’t suggest others waste their time here either.

Horrible costume service. Food was horrible. Don’t do bustiness here. Food bad, decoration old and rusted. Mice poop droppings on the sofa. Floor unclean. The groom’s suit/room looks broken. Pointed everything out to the owner and they very disrespectful. They lie and don’t stand on their words. I got pictures of it all. Good luck to you if you choose these horrible people

what a beautiful location to have a wedding or any event! the views are incredible....the food was delicious....bathrooms clean....staff was very pleasant....dj was awesome and had a great sense of humor...the only concern i had was that the floors were so shiny i was afraid i would slip on them...i didn't but it was definitely in the back of my mind....

Beautiful Waterfront Venue, Just a Heads-Up for Vendors
I recently worked at this venue as a vendor with my Photobooth business, and it was a great experience overall. The location is absolutely stunning right by the water, which makes for a gorgeous backdrop. The lighting inside was perfect, and I really appreciated how many outlets were available throughout the space. It made setup super smooth.
The only thing to note there’s no elevator and quite a few stairs. As a vendor carrying equipment, that part was a bit of a challenge.
So if you’re a vendor planning to work an event here, just be prepared for the stairs. Other than that, it’s a beautiful venue in a great location!

I was there last Saturday and I understand that you need a formal appointment for an official tour, but I just wanted to poke my head in one of the rooms just to get an idea of how big it was, the lady at the front desk was so rude and nasty that I wouldn’t even consider this place anymore.

I had planned my wedding in New York all the way from Arizona! Chateau was one of the venues on our list. Being that we were so far away we had to have many zoom meetings and phone conversations! But Taylor was extremely attentive in every question and/or concern we had. From numerous meetings to our big day and it was absolutely beautiful!! All of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive our entire wedding day on 7-5-25!! The only thing that happened was they had painters painting during our line up for the ceremony but the girls quickly handled that situation and made sure they were out of the way! Usually some venues wouldn’t even budge but Taylor and her team quickly handled the situation!!
I have to say although I wish I remembered her name, our bridal attendant was AMAZING!! And I mean she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined with a venue!! I had my one year old with us who at times was getting restless and wanted to play. Our bridal attendant went as far as staying in our bridal suite to hangout with him to HOLDING him during our speeches (as most the family was giving a speech). I mean at times she was playing with him, feeding him a bottle so we could eat, absolutely above and beyond, without us even having to ask her!! If you could, I would recommend you specifically request her for your wedding day! Just give them my wedding date lol🤣
The team was also so amazing down to our servers, cooks, helpers, etc. everyone went out of their way to ensure everything was absolutely perfect!! So thank you Chateau La Mer you made our wedding day SO special and a night we are all still talking about!!
