We got married here 09/22/2024. It was everything we planned and dreamed of. Our banquet manager, Taylor was nice to work with. Our bridal attendant, Dinora was so attentive, so sweet and so detailed. Helene our maitreD was on top of her game, so with it, so organized. Only negative thing to say is - valet parking hit 2 of my guests car.

Place is nice with the idea of bringing in a bride/groom on the dock with a boat, great for pictures.
Issues are: the entrance didn't have a ramp to bring strollers or wheelchairs up easily, no elevator to the second floor for things like a stroller or wheelchair, they do have a stairs lift to bring you up and down though! Half the mens bathroom stalls had either a broken seat or issues with leaking for the plumbing. Overall a nice place with a friendly staff.

Place is nice, I am vegetarian, I was offered a special meal. I was very disappointed, I suffered from osteoarthritis and sciatica, there was no elevator, had to take the stairs. Lady at the desk was very rude when I asked her if there is an elevator.

The venue and food is amazing and so is the staff. They were very helpful during the set up of our party. Even made a nice image for the party to play across the screens. With the ballroom we had ample space for guests to walk around outside and for food. Everyone loved the venue. But after the party although there was plenty of leftover food we weren't given any of it even though we paid for it. Especially as the hosts we aren't able to enjoy the food at all or appetizers. Other venues definitely give the food you pay for.

I had possibly one of the worst experiences of my life at this place. I ordered a raccoon carcass deluxe served with extra slugs and they messed it up. They messed it up big time. First, they searched all of montauk highway for a fresh raccoon corpse and couldnt find any so they used an opossum. Huge red flag. Second, they overcooked the slugs so that they were too crispy and not wet and slippery. Then the worst thing. The worst thing that could have happened. I heard a worker mutter something about enjoying the deadpool movie series. I then had to rush to the bathroom and almost didnt make it to the toilet in time. It was horrible, it was a disgrace, i was sick. Just so sick. I looked up to the sky and begged for mercy. Then, to top off my horrible experience, the bread was a little dry.

Recently had a reception party here and let me tell you, I was mind blown! The venue was breath taking! Everything from staff to all the arrangements, it’s was perfection! Definitely recommend anyone that’s looking at venues to give this place a chance!
Beautiful venue with scenic water views out back. Had our 5th grade graduation party there with both parents and kids attending.
The food was good, and we did not have waitresses service, so I can not comment on that. They did have staff walking around cleaning up dishes and cups.
Strongly advise that if having kids attend, be mindful this venue has a lot of water surrounding and you should have adults looking out and watching them. Do not rely on the staff to do that. They are not set up for safety for younger kids, understandably, so again, be careful.
We had about 300 adults and children, likely more, and everyone was comfortable.
DJ had plenty of room and still had room for a large dance floor.

My husband and I got married at Chateau on 11-10-2023. It was the best day of our lives thanks to our amazing banquet manager, Sam. He was with us from the day we signed our contract until the end. Sam and the rest of his staff including my bridal assistant worked tirelessly to ensure that our day was perfect and everything ran smoothly. Our guests enjoyed the food and ambiance, especially at cocktail hour. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience.
