I was there last Saturday and I understand that you need a formal appointment for an official tour, but I just wanted to poke my head in one of the rooms just to get an idea of how big it was, the lady at the front desk was so rude and nasty that I wouldn’t even consider this place anymore.

I had planned my wedding in New York all the way from Arizona! Chateau was one of the venues on our list. Being that we were so far away we had to have many zoom meetings and phone conversations! But Taylor was extremely attentive in every question and/or concern we had. From numerous meetings to our big day and it was absolutely beautiful!! All of the staff were extremely helpful and attentive our entire wedding day on 7-5-25!! The only thing that happened was they had painters painting during our line up for the ceremony but the girls quickly handled that situation and made sure they were out of the way! Usually some venues wouldn’t even budge but Taylor and her team quickly handled the situation!!
I have to say although I wish I remembered her name, our bridal attendant was AMAZING!! And I mean she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined with a venue!! I had my one year old with us who at times was getting restless and wanted to play. Our bridal attendant went as far as staying in our bridal suite to hangout with him to HOLDING him during our speeches (as most the family was giving a speech). I mean at times she was playing with him, feeding him a bottle so we could eat, absolutely above and beyond, without us even having to ask her!! If you could, I would recommend you specifically request her for your wedding day! Just give them my wedding date lol🤣
The team was also so amazing down to our servers, cooks, helpers, etc. everyone went out of their way to ensure everything was absolutely perfect!! So thank you Chateau La Mer you made our wedding day SO special and a night we are all still talking about!!

Just had Pakistani wedding here. The location and venue is very nice. However when it came down to the food, quality did not met the expectations we were given. When we went for the taste testing prior to the event, food was exceptional. On the actual wedding day, the quality and taste of the food was not the same. Some of the items did not even taste fresh. I was very disappointed because we had high expectations for the food.

Chateau La Mer is located in a beautiful place having water front views. Staff is friendly. Parking place is pretty small. Place is managed well but needs better management & controls.
Absolutely stunning location. The staff was great and very helpful. They allowed me to set up the proposal area early and were always available to help. Will definitely recommend! 10/10
