No words are really needed here because the picture says it all. I was immediately disgusted and disappointed with the presentation and lack of customer service. The food looks a mess and the staff have attitude when preparing your food. They often times toss food carelessly the bowl then hand you that messy bowl with the lid not properly on. I remember a time where this would be considered absolutely unacceptable for Chipotle standards. The prices went up while presentation and customer service standards went down. Such a shame because I truly enjoyed eating here.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. The service is slow and the workers are RUDE, they charge INSANE prices for such a little amount of food. My quesadilla cheese was not melted and when I went up to the counter to ask them to just throw it back in the oven for a few seconds to melt the cheese they told me no and practically flipped out. The portion of chicken in my quesadilla was less than half of 1 singular scoop. I am totally fine with paying their prices if the food is full. It NEVER is. I get a bowl and it’s less than half full, anything I get it is so subpar and small. The restaurant was dirty, not a single clean table, the floors were sticky and the drink machine was leaking. This was my first time back at this location in over 2 months as I was giving them another shot and let me just say, worst experience yet. I will not be coming back ever again. The staff is rude and incompetent. They are distracted and disrespectful. At this point I’m going to contact corporate because this is not the first time.

The amount of money you charge for the food you get is absurd. Such little chicken on a taco. Then I asked for a little more and the hostess literally put one piece of chicken on each taco with an attitude. I swear I’m done with chipotle. Better off at Moe’s or even Taco Bell.

Got the Bowl with White Rice, Black Beans, Chicken, Guac and Cheese. Lemme say that was some of the most delicious mexican food ive had in awhile. However some of the chicken was fatty and uncooked. The service was decent but slow. The place looks really nice to!! Definitely going back!!!

I went here yesterday July 6th and was appalled by the place. Disgusting!!!! The food received was old and tasted like garbage. I ordered a drink and the lemonade was watery. Told the girl working there two times and she ignored me. I know it’s lindenhurst which is a crappy town but cmon. That doesn’t mean the food has to be bad also. The place was filthy and I will never ever go back there again. I’ve eaten there before, and the food was fine but this time when I looked at the people working there and the way it was managed that place is in serious trouble. It’s probably good for just drunk high teenagers to eat, which is probably very common in that area but not for adult adults. Will never ever step foot in that place again. As soon as I got home, I took one bite of my burrito and in the garbage it went
