Asked for extra cream cheese, and this is what I brought home for Thanksgiving.

2nd time in a row the food was old. The first time the chicken roasted pepper wrap smelled like sweaty socks. This time just got a bagel with cream cheese and it was hard as a rock almost. Clearly it was about a week old maybe. The staff isn't the friendliest. I think the health inspector needs to be contacted and have this place investigated.

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed immature and more interested in laughing among themselves than in taking orders. They didn't allow me to finish my order before asking if I wanted anything else. Yesterday I paid for a coffee that was completely wrong. I hope management can address this to ensure better customer service in the future.

Due to the lack of staff, you wait a lot for your order inside and there are already 2 employees and one of them was taking a break at the busiest time of the evening. Too much waiting time

I asked for an ice coffee and a croissant not toasted with butter. They gave me a dry croissant that had to be quite old not butter. Coffee was just tolerable. Save your money!!!

We have been stopping here for a quick breakfast on the way to work, 3 out of 4 visits in the last month have had items left out of our orders. Please just take a minute and double-check the whole order.

This is regarding Baskin Robbins. They do not have the space to carry 31 flavors and was missing some of flavors I usually like to get and no hot fudge, really???? Mental note of not going back to that location for ice cream. Service was good by the two young ladies there.

Just think the owner of this location should know that the employees decide to stop serving whenever they feel like it. I showed up to the drive through at 8:45 and the hours are clearly advertised until 9pm and I was told that they can’t serve me my drink because they turned the espresso machine off... I have an espresso machine and it takes two seconds to turn it on. They just don’t want to clean up because they want to walk out the door at 9 on the dot. Lol I get it I worked in food service for over a decade but that’s not how it works. Change the advertised hours if you don’t want to serve drinks after 830. been coming to this location for 20 years- won’t be back after this.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they prove to me over and over again how awful they truly are. Awful Customer Service and Awful Food. I go here before work because its super close to my home and they have a drive through which makes things a bit easier for me. However i will NO LONGER be attending this place. I went there this morning and ordered a caramel macchiato instead I received a disgusting iced coffee with iced filled to the brim. They gave me the wrong order because i guess no one there can work and serve the right ordered items accordingly. There has been times where i have gone there and asked for “light ice” and what they give me is a drink that looks like i have taken 6 sips out of it already. Its very frustrating because their drinks are so expensive as it is. Today 11/06/2023 i was charged the full price of a macchiato but gave the most basic nastiest drink. So done.Lastly, i called 10x (not exaggerating) to let them know and the phone rings and rings forever. I just have one question…… WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE??????
