My co- worker and I stopped in at this location on our break and we were blatantly ignored. We were the only two customers when we walked in and 2 workers which one was working the drive-thru. We stood there for about 7 mins before they asked the young man who seems to be in training still to assist us. He came over and put the order incorrectly n did not know how to change it. He asked for assistance from the other two n n got frustrated waiting a little over 2 mins and walked off, left us standing there for a next 4-5 mins which was disrespectful, poor customer service. I got frustrated and told my work colleague for us to just leave cause they were clearly ignoring us. Never would i go back to that location.

Good service. I placed a mobile order online and something went wrong so they never received it. They were very friendly in helping me resolve/reorder and made sure I checked that it wasn't sent to another location etc so I wasn't paying twice. Very short wait to get my order after placing it. Great staff at this location.

The employees here are so grumpy, they work with a grumpy face. Every time I see them, all my energy goes away. They can't do their job properly. and they are incredibly slow. Every time I ask for less ice, they ignore me.
Compared to other nearby Dunkin Donuts, I think they are more efficient, my order is always correct and I like the presentation of the donuts in the glass case.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at [Coffee Shop Name]. I ordered a cappuccino, but what I got was a lukewarm mess that tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It wasn’t even close to what I asked for, and when I brought it up to the staff, they couldn’t have cared less.
The barista was shockingly rude and acted like I was a burden for pointing out their mistake. Instead of fixing it, they gave me a condescending look and told me that’s how they make it. Seriously? The customer service was nonexistent, and the attitude was downright nasty.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of coffee shops out there where the staff actually cares about their customers and knows how to make a decent cup of coffee. Do yourself a favor and avoid [Coffee Shop Name] at all costs.

Had one of the worst experiences ever. First off, they completely messed up my order. I asked for a simple latte with oat milk, and what did I get? A watery, lukewarm disaster that tasted like it was made with spoiled milk.
But what really got me was the attitude of the staff. When I politely pointed out the mistake, instead of apologizing, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was the one at fault! The barista had an attitude like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging me.
This place is a joke. If you’re looking for good coffee and decent service, go literally anywhere else. Save your money and avoid the headache of dealing with incompetent staff and terrible drinks. I will never be coming back to this dump.

This Dunkin is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here everyone is nasty. I was asked 3 times in 30 seconds literally if I was ready and I said 1 second each time. My food I got was cold wasn’t cooked all the way. My family and I come here to get packaged ice cream and they don’t even fill it up half way. Lazy, rude, learn how to work in customer service, I’m also a barista and I’d never act the way the workers do here. Maybe if you stopped telling over me in the drive thru speaker and let me speak you’d be able to hear what I’m ordering.
