Hing Hing Kitchen is a small, busy spot that serves up very large portions. The main dish I ordered was fresh, hot, and flavorful, but the rice wasn’t quite as good—it tasted a bit dry and not as fresh as the rest of the meal.

The place itself is very small and often crowded, so expect a bit of a wait if you go during busy times. It’s also important to note that it’s cash only, so plan ahead.

Overall, a decent local takeout spot if you’re looking for big portions and hot food, just be prepared for the small space and cash-only policy.

Great people, husband and wife, work there butts off and for the most part food is good and very large portions ( large enough the lo mein fed 3 of us 1 nogh and we had for lunch next day, lol.). Wontons are outstanding. Beef dishes I've gotten always a bit tuff, but no complaints on other dishes. Atmosphere, well, There is none- It's a quick take out joint . I.e. Dont judge the food by the front end, lol. It just needs some TLC. All in all, it's good food, thankful service, and huge over the top portions - I never order anything beef, but would try everything else. Def try the wontons and get the garlic sauce!!! By the way, been going there for 15 years. Also hit up other places depending on what in mood for, they all cook differently.

It is the hidden places that serve the best food. The portions are always large and plentiful.

I have been going here since I moved to Lindenhurst in 2020. This restaurant is constantly busy during the times I come. I am always greeted and thanked for my purchase. The food is always fresh, plentiful, and delicious. I've recommended them to friends and family, and they all agree Hing Hing is one of the best in the area.

“By insurance pospuse you can’t use our bathroom”, worst service ever, I’m attaching a picture how they gave us the food, we ask for a plastic plate at least and no.

If there was a 0 I would’ve given them that. It was nasty. I asked for fried hard wings and I got baked chicken. The rice was so dark I thought they made black (Haitian) rice instead of fried rice and the chicken they put in there was yuck. I will never recommend this place.

I have been going to Hing Hing kitchen since the 80s over 40 years the food is always been excellent quality and quantity and service I went there today I'll never go there again not only was it overpriced The wonton soup wasn't even in a chicken broth that was in a white milky looking water with no flavor milky looking liquid with no flavor whatsoever the quality of the food now sucks as well as the service when I questioned the girl at the counter why the prices were so high she told me no problem go somewhere else & don't worry I will , they'll be closed within the year for poor quality of food and the most despicable customer service I've ever seen

Not sure if it changed owners but food tasted different and seemed lower quality. Wonton soup used to have nice pieces of pork, yesterday there was a lot of pieces of grizzle and very salty. Even wontons looked different. Also cream cheese rangoons, looked the same but inside very watery. Rice and ribs very salty. Been going to this place for over 20 years. Something changed.
