The food and drinks are EXCELLENT! It’s consistently delicious, satisfying, and they use quality ingredients in every dish. Their cocktails are incredible with complex, and fantastic flavor profiles. If there was no other restaurant I could go to, but one, it would be Hunter and Thief. The food is your typical bar fare BUT it is the quality and the flavor that makes the food stand out. The cocktails? Absolutely incredible. There is usually a rotation every couple weeks so there's always something new to try. Hunter & Thief is one of my favorite places to go! The food, drinks, and overall vibe are one of a kind. Jonathan and Gabby go above and beyond to make each experience unique. For food I highly recommend trying the cornbread, poutine, and burger. Save room and try the chocolate fudge cake for dessert! The cocktails are also amazing and I enjoy the variety and frequent specials. I've also been to various theme nights which have been so fun. Jonathan and Gabby take so much time and effort to make the theme nights immersive so that all guests can enjoy. If you are looking for a place with great food, top-notch drinks, and a vibe that just works, you have to try Hunter & Thief!

I’ve sampled nearly everything on their seasonally rotating menu and have been impressed time and time again. Standout favorites include the signature burger, the chopped cheese, the poutine, ricotta toast, and the calamari. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I can truthfully say this place is unlike any other and it will continue to have my business.
We have been to Hunter and Thief several times now. It is a fun, friendly, and Accommodating establishment. The hosts and owners John and Gabby couldn’t be more welcoming , going out of their way to make sure your visit is the best they can give you. The food is delicious and the drinks are awesome. It is a must if you want a great dining experience. They offer trivia nights and are big supporters of the community - never saying no to helping out those in need. Go see for yourself.
