This store is in bad need of good management . Poor service, no one in charge. It’s a shame, I like IHOP maybe time for a regime change! I think the owner is totally disconnected from reality. This place needs a complete makeover and REAL management. I’ve tried going back many times and after 10 minutes of waiting I get up and leave.

Went with my husband and son. Was seated quickly but after that everything was slow. Sat for over 20mins to be given half a cup of coffee for my husband and I. Had to ask the waitress to give us an actual pot to refill our own coffee. Never even got our food. We walked out frustrated.

First let's begin with the shameless scam. As evidenced by the receipt, this IHOP unscrupulously calculates the suggested tip based on the total after taxes and not the actual total of the food. The server started out strong and then fell apart after taking the order. Kind of a bummer. The restaurant itself is well worn and doesn't have a great atmosphere. It's not all bad however. The food is the delicious fare that one comes to expect from any IHOP.
Not all iHops are created equal, and I am fortunate to live only 5 min away from an iHop that stands above the rest. I have been here well over 20 times and every experience is consistently excellent! I wish I could bring my Father (RIP 😔) here because this would be "our new iHop" haha. For 35 years his order was always the same: Stack of pancakes with a cold glass of milk "when the food comes out" 🤣 Each Waiter is friendly and efficient. I'd like to shout out Ronnie who took care of me last weekend! Like most iHops they peak weekends for breakfast, you can expect to wait 10-15 min for a table - which isn't bad at all considering some of the wait times at other locations. During the week there is no wait at all. I will add some photos after my next visit!
Went there on a Sunday morning wait time was fine we were seated right away the waitress took over 10 mins to come over to ask us for food or drinks She seems rude and upset like she didn't want to be there very unpleasant attitude Took our order and walked away Our food came within 15 mins The big problem was one of our meals had a bunch of rolled up hair in it When we asked for the manager she walked over and said “oh that’s not hair that looks like a brush they clean with” I could believe her response and all she said was I’ll make another one Not even an apology It’s simply the worst service possible all the employees seem to be kids just wanting to talk and joke with each other which is perfectly fine but at least be attentive to the customers The server was Sophia based on the receipt and I never got the managers name she never came back over and offered an apology or checked in if the rest of the food was fine Just overall a poorly run establishment when it comes to customer service I understand it may just be an ihop resteraunt and the kids are just there for a paycheck but this solely falls on the owner and manager for not having higher standards

Yes, it was rush hour, but they are not well organized, many complained about people who had just arrived and not others like me, who had been waiting for a long time, others left and when they decided to do the same someone came to serve us, but Go back to that branch near my house, I don't think so.
Place is old looking and really run down on the out side needs a lot of work!!! Inside is old looking and real messy and a little old looking too!! The young kid that run the front and or waiter and cooks in the back is off the hook and should be a manager!!! The food is good like ihop food lol!!!
1st time going to this location and the last time I will ever step foot in there.where is the owner? He needs to get in there and get things operating properly.
Was told 15 minute wait to be seated,it was more like 45 minutes. Finally seated, and another 15 minutes before we see the waiter. Put the full order in,another 10 minutes before our drinks arrive. One hour later still no food. Ppl that enter after us and sat on the other side of building were enjoying their food while we sat there without any assistance. The waiter smirks when asked given vibes that it was done on purpose.
We had to walk out and go to a deli. Wasted Over 2.5 hrs of our time. Never tasted any food,it never arrived. It was never made or probably even placed to the cook. That female waiter will destroy any establishment in a few weeks if she doesn’t checked soon
