Me and my friends came to this 24 hour location at 4 in the morning because we where hungry, staff claimed she couldn’t split the bill onto 4 cards because we didn’t tell her prior, i have went to multiple other locations where I’ve done this before and never had an issue besides here so the lady forced us to put it all on one card like i said i have NEVER had that happen before , They claimed they had no ice cream at all to make a milkshake as well, which i highly doubted… also the lady just seemed like she wanted to get out of there and not deal with us because it was so early

I had an Uber Eats order that essentially went missing for over an hour due to the driver. I called in to the store and the staff members were polite, and very helpful as they tried to help me. It is a holiday and I could hear how busy it was; but they were very patient and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the staff and manager you guys are amazing.

I read the negative reviews and thought what can possibly go wrong at an ihop? Well everything here! The service is super slow (45 minutes wait for a regular breakfast) and they got the order wrong... twice! There are quite a few locations nearby, so do yourself a favor and avoid this one!

Love, love love. Nice, cozy and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. I didn't really enjoy the steak taco but the pancakes did not disappoint.
Trying to be kind in my review...crispy bacon = burnt to crisp. Pancakes fluffy beyond being edible... 🤮. Not cooked enough. The waitress walked away while hubby was talking and brings back stuff we did not ask for ,nor did we want. Disasterous visit.

There are plates being thrown the workers don’t have any idea what they’re doing, plates of food are piling up in the window and we have been waiting for 40 minutes now, some people that have been here before is just got their food, people are complaining. Never go here unless you want to waste your time

At 2am my family stopped by for something quick, we just finished moving houses and it was extremely late so we stopped by this IHop. The waitress was great and attended to us instantly, once seated we noticed the booth next to us complaining about their food, being the nosey person that I am I peeked over to see what all the fuss was about. The guest in the other booth had already eaten half of their pancake stack. Half …. and then started to say there was a strange smell coming from their food, I had already ordered pancake for my daughters and both of their pancakes looked, smelled and tasted perfectly fine. My family overheard the rude guest plotting to cause a scene and was very disrespectful to the staff. I think they handled the situation in the best possible manner even while being disrespected. IHOP should be grateful to the employees here tonight, they were great!

This is an aging fast food chain that badly needs a complete makeover. Take the hash browns. They were too salty and tasteless. After lo these many years IHOP still does not offer the option of real maple syrup. Cost of the meal was not competitive. This is another chain in trouble.
