I had a unpleasant experience with door dash after calling the store, The store manager was very helpful and even offered to drive the food to me which isn't his responsibility or problem

Door dash refunded me in the end but this store go above and beyond for customers thanks guys much appreciate.

They were quick and the sandwich was good

I ordered a Smokey southwest Giant cheesesteak on 08/13/2024 online for lunch. I requested that the bread be toasted on the grill.
I opened the sandwich in my car and noticed the bread wasn't toasted and it had no Cheese.

The Sandwich completely fell apart when trying to eat it

Don’t bother trying to call this establishment because they take the phone off the hook the entire day. I ordered 4 sandwiches and went to pick them up on Friday, 8/2/24 at 4:45pm. When I got home all of our orders were wrong, sandwiches just thrown together like slop, and all instructions were ignored. I called the business immediately, and on that day, their “manager” Shravell answered, apologized and advised I would be refunded. It has been 5 days now and I still haven’t been refunded. I can’t call them to ask about it, because they have since took their phone off the hook. Who runs this place??? Your workers aren’t doing the business right by not caring AT ALL what they’re serving the public.

This place CONSTANTLY gets the order wrong. What part of oil & vinegar with a little extra vinegar means totally dry sandwich? Frustrating.

Over priced Blimples, Service at this location is slow and employees sloppy.Bread put down on dirty counter while meat was being cut..Sandwich falling apart while being wrapped.Almost wanted to walk out Wont be back.
