Good food only one person is good there and it’s the owner that’s it everybody their should learn some customer service in a little bit of professionalism when customers are around cause they shouldn’t be having side conversation or a big conversation while customers and making peoples food or causing a scene because this girl has no customer service at all who was working there today and the guy who walked in they all were having a chitchat like they got out of school and everything and they’re about to hang out while making my bagel in the way I asked for it was even made properly I asked for it toasted flatten I wasn’t. It wasn’t even toasted or flatten barely any cream cheese on it and I paid four dollars for it for what for all of them to have a conversation while making a bagel that took longer to make because she kept stoping to say some back to guy nobody care about number no body want it okay do your job right

I bought cold cuts there one time in the 36 years I’ve lived here, I got home & the Ham was Slimey! Bad! There is no way they didn’t know it was slimey & bad while slicing it. Never went back.

You gotta be kidding, retire, gentlemen… If you can’t make cucumber salad, you don’t belong to be in business!!! On the window, it’s at homemade salad I assume I’d be getting some good stuff I walked in. I felt like turning around and walking out half of cucumber salad, the cucumbers were fresh. It was vinegar no sugar no onions. It was no flavor. Absolutely horrible to you and your families your families.

Don't have any complaints on the food. My gripe is when I order Kurt's threw GrubHub, I put in the memo to leave the food outside of my apartment door, and whoever delivers the food each time leaves it at the desk. Would be nice if the person brings it to the unit.
