I have to say that my overall experience with this restaurant was beyond disappointing, a waste of time & money. My friends and I came in for a brunch, expecting to have a great time to celebrate a birthday. We decided to do the brunch menu which consisted of unlimited mimosas, henny sangria & rum punch & a choice of entree. We arrived at 3:40PM, got sat outside in the greenhouse with no heater… but that’s just the beginning to this horrible experience. We were a total of 12 guests, the waitress was the laziest person I have ever seen work in the serving industry. We got 2 towers of alcohol around 4:10 by 4:45 we were completely done with the towers so we requested a fill on the towers since it’s unlimited, the waitress was no where to be found until we saw her sitting down in the corner on her phone while we had been waiting to get attended to. We requested the mimosas tower over 3 times just for the waitress to forget to tell us they ran out of OJ juice… the tables around us kept getting their towers refilled and their waiter looked like an amazing waiter. So by 5:30 we finally got our towers refilled when we only had the seating for 2 HOURS. The waitress was HORRIBLE, no form of communication & her bootleg fake colombian accent was no help either! Get new servers or BETTER ONES!

Extremely disappointed in the management of this place. We arrived an hour and a half before closing and we were turned down at the door. According to the manager, the location was at capacity, but we could see through the window that it was not. I don't know what kind of elitist operation they are trying to run but to turn down four women at the door is ridiculous. it was obvious that the location was not capacity, and there was a gassed up promoter at the door.

There is not consistency with the food some days is delicious others not. Last time I ordered a chicken croquettes and inside is was still frozen cold, and it was not the first time that this happened to me, besides that the drinks were horrible. I don't think I will come back .I feel bad doing this because I'm dominican and I would like to support my people!!

Small and intimate location. Waiter was kind and very attentive. The back room is cold regardless of the extra heaters (some were not on) they have out, so bundle up a bit. Food was also good and came out quickly. However, we were asked to move inside at some point in the night. You’re probably better off sitting in first part of this location. The only thing that I didn’t appreciate was that they do not inform you on the receipt that gratuity was already added in if you have a party larger than 6 or spend at least $100 on your tab. (It is only mentioned on the menu, people can easily glance over this.) So at the end of the night you only receive the check. It is not itemized nor do they mention again that gratuity is already added. And they have a line for an additional tip. (Shady in my opinion) Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for all of us.

Disappointed in the service and food quality provided. They were unstaffed, waiter lacked effort, and not attentive when taking orders. We had to ask for our order multiple times and when our “order” was brought out it was the wrong order. When we finally got the right order the food was cold and not appetizing. All around it was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend!!
I must have picked the wrong Saturday night to go to this place. I'm not gonna deny the food was good and the music was fine. I like how there is a back lounge area for hookah and dancing. But the service was trash. My date kept calling the hookah guy to inquire about our food and drinks. They were severely understaffed. But why? It was a Saturday night. Are Saturday nights not a popping night to be at this place? I'm willing to give this place a second chance and will update accordingly.

service is terrible . I got an unlimited package and unlimited drinks was a lie. The 4 hours waiting I literally got one drink. I don't recommend this place at all well definitely not for big groups . They clearly can't accommodate a big group at all this was so sad . My experience was terrible honestly and mind you a bill of 3'000+ with terrible service . This place was robbery honestly . The service was the worst the food was cold when it came out we waited over 2 hours for someone to service us with a 9pm reservation our waitress was the worst she barely came around . I was better off going somewhere else and giving them my money . They don't even deserve one star I wish I can give negative stars.

My husband & I went to La Terraza last night for our anniversary dinner. When we walked into this little bar & grill it was dark with pink lighting & had a nighttime lounge vibe. I was hoping that this wouldn't be disappointing. We ordered mango mojitos which were delicious, not surprising. Then the appetizer- chicken croquettes were just so tender & lightly fried. Then we had the shrimp mofongo & chicken mofongo both with garlic sauce, that just took it to another level. The food was wonderful, it brought me right back to Puerto Rico. Our waiter Ismael was very attentive. When the bill came & my husband asked what was the damage he was pleasantly relieved at how reasonable the prices were for the quality of food. We thoroughly enjoyed this little hidden gem and will definitely be back.
