Love the bagels and homemade muffins 😋! Service is great with the lady in glasses. The other girl double-charged me for a dozen bagels and next time I came she gave me the wrong cream cheese. I will wait for the other counter person from now on.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could I never leave bad reviews but this one left a real bad taste with me…. Me and my wife were at the block party today in lindenhurst it was a really hot day we stopped at the bagel store for cold drinks and sat outside for abit, I went into the store asked the girl working for a small cup, a to go box or something just so we could give some water to our dog ..She said give me 2.50$, unbelievable told her to keep the cup I’ll not be back terrible customer service !

They only had to do two things , put eggs and bacon on a bagel and they couldn't even get that right, they couldn't even put the bacon on, they only know how to put the eggs on they're not capable of doing two things at once , your only job is to make a sandwich and you can't even do that right , who ties your shoes for you in the morning?

Went there for the first time with a friend and our kiddos, honestly toddler mom life I just ordered, sat down and ate, I was waiting for mom and when she walked in she told me she was really surprised I went in there being such a dirty place, as soon as she started pointing everything out my friend and I literally wanted to puke. The lamps above the booths are super dusty and dirty, the floor is also super dirty, every little corner you look at it’s just disgusting, I was so busy trying to just get something quick I didn’t even notice any of it until mom showed me because she went in there in the past and never went back. Pictures of some of the nasty dirt attached. That big bowl of dirt by the window is not something that happens over night, this place needs a good day off for deep cleaning OR even remodelation as well as stuff and an admin that cares about hygiene.

Today and things are expensive but…$4.00 for a bottle of iced tea is a bit up there!

The way I was just treated here after I bought food and sat down to eat it I wasn't even asked if I wanted to stay and eat they threw my food in a bag trying to tell me to leave then after I finished eating I had to use the restroom I waited outside the restroom door for 7 minutes while a very short old woman started telling me rudely oh someone is in there they are probably cleaning it I'm confused by what she was saying bc finally the employee came out who was obviously in there texting and when I went to use the bathroom I was completely disgusted by it I mean it is covered in green rust it looks like it has never been cleaned ever before. When I exited the bathroom the old short woman had shut the side door on me and hid in the back so I spoke aloud to them that I was disgusted w how I was treated just bc I needed to use the restroom and they should be ashamed of themselves I enjoy coming to this bagel store but this experience for sure put a bad taste in my mouth. I wish the owner was there to see it truly I'm disgusted with their behavior..maybe it's bc I didn't tip them for just making me a single bagel w cream cheese I guess my money is no good here I'll have to find a new nook to have a lovely breakfast in...you should be ashamed of ur behavior especially at ur age lady!!!

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this place deserves it.
$9 for a cold brew is too much. After buying two drinks and asking for additional ice (on a hot day) was told that it would cost extra. The woman at the register ignored us when first approaching, wouldn't actually look at us when speaking.
I don't understand why people would act like this.

Ordered here via door dash . I ordered breakfast and lunch items with special requests on them and hands down they were perfect. Everything was made fresh and exactly as ordered. I’ve try many other delis and bagel stores in the area . None of them even come close to this place. A+ 5stars

Awesome place,great staff, food is always fresh and the consistency is there. Been going here since I moved to Lindenhurst 4 years ago and probably one of the best delis I’ve been too yet. 10/10
