Honestly my new favorite spot for bagels. They’re perfectly fluffy and so tasty. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere feels cozy and chill. I’m not sure why the reviews on here seem poor because the food is good.

Sat and waited for over 30 mins for my order and they canceled it because "it couldn't be conpleted". Waste of time and now I'm starving.

Horrible service phone rang 1 million times nobody ever picked up then when they picked up they told me to hold put the phone down in a very noisy area that you had to hear and never got back to my call Totally do not recommend.
Bagels are good, sandwiches are full. HOWEVER why is it that the young women (sisters) NEVER, EVER say "THANK YOU"??!?!?Most sour looking women behind the any counter that I've ever seen. I'm tired of being the one who says "thanks". Hey I'm the customer, I'm paying your salary, etc. I've stopped leaving tips because...why should I?And why do I have to remind them that I get a side (chips, salad) with my sandwich order?Barely two stars....one for each sister!

Their service has become worse with new ownership. They never answer their phones to place an order and food is over priced plus over cooked. They need to get it together fast! Will not be shopping there anymore!
