I went in at 4:15 in the morning, there was only me and one other customer waiting at the window. She told me to wait, which I did for 20 minutes. When I went to the window, she told me I had to order over the microphone, but she was on the phone. It's a terrible service.

The weekends are the worse. My 10 piece nuggets where old and had condensation on the inside of the box. The kids are rude.

I ordered four cheeseburgers last night no ketchup my son is allergic to tomatoes. The receipt said no ketchup I got home. They all had mounds of ketchup on it. This happened very often at this McDonald’s it’s out of hand. I never complain, but this time I had to very disappointed had to throw out for cheeseburgers, cause I wasn’t gonna drive all the way back there.

I ordered here last night and went to pickup. It was busy, but the food was good. My gripe is that in my order, I had ordered 2 meals and 3 drinks, and every single drink was a Coke instead of a Diet Coke. I had ordered an extra Diet Coke so my mother, who is a DIABETIC, could have a soda with her meal she had at home since she was craving a Diet Coke and I was headed there anyway, hence why I tacked on an extra Diet Coke when I went through the drive through. The people are nice, but y'all need to be more careful, you could put someone into a diabetic coma with these drinks!!! But I guess I've learned my lesson, guess I'll have to fill my own drinks from now on to avoid this issue in the future.
