Mr. G is a very friendly owner who serves tasty pizza. I always enjoy the very large cheese slices with a side of blue cheese. The Mr. G's Special Hero (cold) is also a must try.
If you can't get to Brooklyn, this is about as close as you can get to authentic BK pizza. Great staff, right off the train. Near walking distance to 2 theaters. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Can't get much better!
I stayed in the neighborhood as a tourist. Before arriving in New York, I scoped out what to eat. Everyone recommended Joe's pizza in the city. Of course, I tried the pizza from Joe's that everyone likes, but however, the pizza from Mr. G was much better
