This place is the best. Definitely our favorite in the area! We order often but writing specifically today because we wanted dumplings but accidentally ordered fried wontons in this like brown sauce, and wow! What a happy accident! We ended up loving them even more than the dumplings we meant to order and now have a new favorite! (The mistake was on our end because we tried to use an app first. Just call them! So much easier and they’re very friendly people.) everything We’ve gotten has been delicious, affordable and made incredibly fast, even with delivery. Very tasty generals chicken too!

We’ve ordered from this restaurant several times and the food has always been great—consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Unfortunately, the customer service has taken a turn for the worse.
On a recent order, I mistakenly forgot to select the delivery option. I was hoping they’d call to confirm, but when I called the restaurant, the woman who answered was incredibly rude. I explained that I couldn’t come pick it up, and instead of trying to help, she accused us of doing this before and said we could no longer order from them. That accusation was completely unfounded and very unprofessional.
We’ve enjoyed the food here, but being treated like this as a paying, loyal customer is unacceptable. It’s unfortunate, but we’ll be spending our money elsewhere from now on.

I’ve eaten a lot of Chinese food, this place stands out. Fresh delicious food with a very fast and efficient delivery system. I’m in Copiague and it comes so fast every time. The people that work there are very nice but most importantly they have some of the best Chinese food in Long Island. Anything you order from there tastes good, it’s the best!!! The spare ribs, lo mein, vegetables, sesame chicken, beef with broccoli, shrimp with lobster sauce, chicken wings; everything is perfect! Thank you to New Empire. I will order my Chinese food from you and only you! 11/10

We get food here 3x a month and always consistently good. Love the Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken I order online and it's always ready and fresh. Park in the back and ring the bell when u go in.

I walked in to place an order and was completely ignored. Once the woman behind the register got off the phone, she completely ignored me and walked to the back of the kitchen. Keep in mind I was already waiting for about 10 minutes while she was on the phone with another person. Once I left, I called a pick up order, and the service was phenomenal. My food was warm and ready as soon as I arrived.

Delicious food at great prices. I had it tonight with my family and we all agreed this is our new goto Chinese Food place. We had the sesame chicken dinner, the sweet and sour chicken dinner and the chicken and broccoli dinner with wonton soup. It was delicious and was less then $40 for a family of four.

If hofman on Wellwood on the right side of the ave. Always fresh food & you always get what you ask for. Delivery is also usually quick & the food is always hot!
