I ordered rib tips and French fries and an order of chicken wings and fried rice, dang near came out to $40! ONLY GAVE 1 DUCK AND SOY SAUCE for rice AND and eggroll! ON TOP OF THAT I had to wait over 30 minutes because they “forgot” the first order. THEN AFTER I GOT MY RIBTIBS HE TELLS ME HE DOESNT HAVE BBQ SAUCE OR HOT SAUCE!! ONLY HAS hot sauce packets! AND PROCEEDS TO NOT PUT ANY IN THE BAG! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL! How you selling ribtibs BUT DONT HAVE BBQ SAUCE?! HOW YOU FAIL TO TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER THAT BEFORE PREPARING THE ORDER?!

Horrible customer service!!! The man who answer the phone there wanted to charge me extra because I asked for duck, soy and hot sauce packets… I was going to order 4 orders for 4 different people they all wanted one each of the sauces instead he wanted to give us 2 hot sauce, 2 duck sauce, 2 soy sauce. What?? I’ve never heard of any Chinese restaurant doing that before I kindly said no thank you and hung up without placing my order. I will definitely not be buying from here again and also their portions of food for the prices are ridiculous.

Have been craving Chinese food the past week finally I went to New Fortune kitchen. The place next to the old canyons of heroes and for the amount of money they charge for Chinese food these days they should cook the food properly. My cream cheese wontons were on edible. They were hard and overcooked completely disgusted me and ruined my lunch.

I ordered food from there tonight and you can’t dine in it they don’t even let you in the restaurant. It’s the worst food we ever had. The rice was bland and my shrimp in lobster sauce tasted bad and the general tos tasted bad. Will never go back again when we come

I have been a long time customer of this place, but just ordered tonight and food was terrible! Chicken and beef was beyond chewy and even the rice was bland. They don’t even throw in fortune cookies anymore, go figure with a name like “New Fortune Cookie “. I called to complain and got hung up on, then called back about the hang up and whoever answered the phone just started mumbling jibberish and didn’t offer any resolution. I really thought the place was under new ownership but person on the phone said that wasn’t the case. Either way last time I order from this place!Even my dog wouldn’t eat the left overs!

It’s like eating at a 3rd world country. Place money in a tray and get food in a tray. Pray they give you forks and spoons . I got the spare ribs but it didn’t taste normal. Hopefully the feral cats are safe

I've experienced the long wait as well, however, my teenagers are very picky with their Chinese food- they like this place the best, and I agree. Tonight was just a 25 minute wait and everything was hot and delicious.
