Bought a lock from them 1 week ago. The lock does not work and they refuse to exchange it for one that does. Answer I got was too bad no returns. I used to spend $10-$20 per week there. Now I will spend $0. They lost $500-$1000 per year over a faulty $5 lock they sold to me. Poor business by Joe the manager.
