Called in my order and waited the 20 minutes I was told to wait. I arrived to pick up the order and they had no idea what I was talking about. No one was making food. The place was completely empty. I was ignored while they took a call about a delivery order they botched. The inside of this place looked like they were going out of business with a handful of old faded sodas and dirty, empty space. The “customer service” is a joke. When the girl walked back in who’d taken my order she asked me all over again what I wanted to order while she stared at me blankly. Completely unacceptable. This USED TO BE a great place until the management changed.

This place WAS GOOD - new management!!Some prices went up a bit..Which would be no problem if the food was still good standards. I ordered my chicken quesadilla which was OK I also ordered a cheese pizza which they’ve always made it like a small personal pizza, supposed to be pita bread with Italian sauce and melted mozzarella and it comes with a choice of salad Cesar tossed or Greek,well the cheese pita a.k.a. personal pizza, was a piece of pita bread with three slices of American cheese melted on top, that’s it! The Caesar salad was lettuce thrown in a container with four pieces of cucumber on top, that was it. Also we ordered onion rings which weren’t bad... but they never made them that greasy and this time they were.So heads up people new management check the new prices, Which wouldn’t be bad if the food was still good as it was before. And question whatever you order because apparently they have a different idea for a pizza that is normally a pizza. I called them back and they couldn’t understand what I was saying so I left it at that oh well -DISSAPOINTED!

This place is literally a hidden gem. Everything on the menu is authentic and amazing. The staff is so sweet. And to top it off they have the best cannolis I’ve ever had in my life and I’m Italian and haven been eating cannolis my entire life so that’s saying a lot!

I ordered a lamb gyro with lettuce only and the cucumber sauce on the side, for pick up. When I sat down to eat my food. They put soaking wet lettuce on top of meat. The bread was extremely wet. When I called to complain the worker was unacceptably rude. I will never spend my money here again!
Love love love this place not many places out to eat in copiague but this one hits the spot everytime !!!! Everyone’s so nice, takes out orders fast and fresh

Terrible customer service, didnt even call to notify that they wont be able to make the delivery, didnt even cancel the order until I called to inquire about the delivery status (Which on the app suggested DELIVERED). Rude behavior on call no remorse for inconvenience.

Ordered delivery. Took over an hour to get to me. I ordered the Spinakopita souvlaki combo. The greek salad was mostly lettuce practically no olives, even less feta. Curious sinse this style salad in Greece has no lettuce. The souvlski was blip and and so dry that the Taziki sad uce could not resue it. The spinach piehad a peculiar bitter taste to it. The rice was bland. Would not reccomend this place at all
