We love this new location! We ordered a pizza tonight, December 7 at 8:30 PM. Whoever answered, the phone was extremely pleasant and extremely helpful. We have ordered three times now from the new location and each time the pizza was fresh and delicious! The guy who takes my order every time is always super nice! Love having a Pizza Hut local! Thanks guys!

The manager of Pizza Hut (possibly Ahmed) in Lindenhurst NY stole my money. Refused to deliver my food until I paid the driver 10 dollars in cash in delivery fees. I had already been charged on my card for this. He told me “Come here and prove it”. I now have to dispute the charge. Also emailed Pizza Hut corporate. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to have such a scummy guy working there.

Visited on December 6th around 9 p . m . and I’m done being quiet about this place . The manager Ahmed is hands-down the most rude, miserable, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant . Every time I come here he acts like customers are bothering him just by existing .
I ordered multiple pies . I drove all the way home and realized an entire pizza was missing . When I called, instead of apologizing like a normal human being, he hit me with the driest “I can make it again” like I’m the one inconveniencing him . I told him I already drove home and this is ridiculous, and he basically said “oh well” no offer to make it right, no credit, nothing . When I mentioned how he’s always rude and nasty every time I come in, he told me that next time I order he’ll just cancel my order . What kind of manager threatens customers instead of fixing his mistakes ? I drove back and of course, he tried to flip it and say he “thought I said forget it” on the phone . No, he just doesn’t listen because he’s too busy talking over people and throwing attitude . His customer service skills are non-existent .
And this isn’t a one-time thing this man is rude to everyone . While I was standing there, he messed up another woman’s order and talked to her crazy too . She got so fed up she asked for a full refund on the spot .
This restaurant is brand new and somehow already has the worst reputation in Lindenhurst because of one person . The amount of negative reviews about Ahmed is insane . It’s the same complaints over and over again rude, aggressive, unprofessional, careless, nasty attitude . How is he still in charge ? Who hired him ? Does anyone at corporate even read these reviews ?
I will not be coming back as long as he’s working here . This man is driving customers away day by day . Something needs to be done ASAP .

Great experience. Nice gift box for my dinner box. Upon arrival, they opened each box to verify my order and one of the pizzas was messed up. They quickly made a new one which was the wait. Otherwise I got a free cookie and new pizza. Great customer service.

Ordered on a weekday afternoon. Claimed a pizza for $3! using hut rewards. Nice cashier. Don't sleep on the hut

The food is good but the guy at the cashier is despicable and rude. He doesn't know anything about manners or how to treat customers. How is it possible that this type of person works in that place? I will never come back again, he is rude and arrogant also with his employees and with the deliveries
