Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a 3pcs meal for my sister who had nothing to eat at work and I trusted the Popeyes online delivery order over doordash. I regretted it so much as my sister never got her food , apparently they delivered somewhere else.i tried to talk to their online chat support which resulted nothing but a blank wall...no response. For an organization like this ..this is very sloppy and the fact that your support did not try to fix it is even worse. I CRIED BECAUSE IDIDNT HAVE A DRIVE TO DO A PICK UP AND MY SISTER EAT NOTHING BECAUSE OF YOU

Horrible place…Coupon was given and then at the counter it was way more than the amount on the coupon. They also charged for 2 ranch and did not give any.

Received incorrect order that was initially placed. One wasn `t paying attention to the order we wanted and one of them was distracted with their personal cell phone and messed up the order. When we arrived home, we came to half the order incorrect. Instead of the 10 piece tenders, they gave us a random box of signature chicken pieces. The biscuits were hard as well. Went back to inform them about the error they made, they said we never told them we wanted tenders, which wasn`t true. We didn`t get an apology for the incorrect order, we were welcomed with attitude and not one person cared in the cooking/register station. They didn`t even replace the biscuits, they just placed them back into the bag with our corrected order. The tenders were very salty.

Couple of girls at this location need retraining on how to treat customers.
The owner should send people randomly to see for himself.
Food is hit and miss.
Biggest problem is staff…

I wish I could give zero stars for the staff at this location !!! The manager who states her name is (NORA) is rude and nasty. She doesn’t know how to do her job and if you complain about anything to her she will just tell you she doesn’t care. Disgusting and horrible attitude, she doesn’t belong in customer service !!!!

I recently visited Popeyes and had a delightful experience ordering to-go without using the drive-thru. The service was remarkably quick, ensuring that my order was ready within a short time frame. Best Popeyes in Long Island EVERYTHING was fresh during lunch time!!!! Thnx to staff I really enjoyed that 2pc combo guys!! I wish Huntington Station NY was just as fresh ....But not sure where their business plan for customer satisfaction is!!
