My kids love Popeyes we have been to KFC and other fried chicken places but we always come back to Popeyes. I would prefer that like in Canada that Popeyes places be Halal but unfortunately they are not in US. Having said that is still the most delicious option around so we go there a lot or we get deliveries from Popeyes all the time.The chicken is always moist and well prepared . All Popeyes locations have the same standard and quality. The staff is nice if you’re nice to them as you should be honestly. They are chicken sandwich is always a crowd pleaser we love it is economical and taste good.We always go for the $19.99 10 piece special. I came in today and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with no pickles (I’m allergic), and the sandwich came out with pickles. I went up to the front and politely said I could not eat the sandwich because I was allergic to pickles, and the manager with curly hair claimed I did not ask for no pickles. She then took the sandwich to the side where I couldn’t see, wiped off the pickles and added a lot of extra mayo to cover it up. I could clearly still taste pickle in the bite, but just decided not to eat the sandwich any further. She was very rude when I asked for a ranch cup saying I had to pay 54¢ when it’s the least she could do after making such a mistake.

Gift cards never work. Have a $50+ gift card I cannot use, & manager Nora was not understanding to my situation; ran my gift card so many times I couldn’t even check the balance to show them. Unprofessional that you sell gift cards to an establishment that goes out of there way to not let me use. Had to pay $47 out of pocket. Nora shouldn’t be a manager at this establishment. She counted money instead of helping me and made me wait 10 minutes and my food was ready and packed. Disappointed.

The chicken in the sandwich was raw and poorly fried, the drink had a strange taste. Mac and cheese is garbage. I had a craving to eat at this place as I did before and I left disappointed.Also expensive.

I been coming here for years. I even knew the manager from the night shift, I don't know if he is still here, but he is a really nice guy.I don't go there always, but sometimes.The last 2 times that I go to that store, the staff was really rude, young girls, acting like they don't wanna be there, treating people with an attitude. Was there just now, order through the app and when I get to the windows, I waited there for a good 5 minutes, I don't care to wait, is the fact that the girl on the windows, not even once look at me or open the window to said that my food was coming or whatever. After those 5 minutes waiting without even know if they know I'm there, the girl open the window give the food, and closed the window right after that. Not an "I'm sorry, thank you or have a good night."They should teach their employees more customers service. Really.
