Food was really good. And the milkshakes they offer are Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. How can you get any better!?

And the best for last. Ricky who served us was absolutely wonderful. You can tell he cares about customer satisfaction! He went above and beyond to take care of us.

I absolutely love eating at Smashburger. The food is always great and enjoyable. However, tonight I experienced the most unprofessional and rude general manager I’ve ever seen. She was barking orders at all the employees during an extremely busy time yet not doing anything productive to help. In the THIRTY minutes I was waiting for my food, I witnessed her berate, belittle, and disrespect the TEENAGE cashier and other workers. I have never witnessed this level of unprofessionalism...
