First of all, very appalled with this location jacking up the price is more than others second while I was getting my sandwich made, and ask her to make it how I want it with a lot of chipotle sauce they have the audacity to be judging how much I want on it Like I won’t tell you how to eat your food don’t be telling me how to eat mine very rude never coming to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend giving them service. Also had barely put any meat on my sandwich.

Got here around 10:20pm they close at 11pm on Sunday, the workers driver was parked in 2 spots and as I get out my car they proceed to tell me they the store is closed, made me feel a bit awkward… idk what kinda bs is this but I drove in the cold for nothing, last time I was here there was a roach in the cookie jar and I was gonna let that slide because the lady is nice here but not today this big back is hungry and I’m pissed now.

I have been going to this subway for YEARS. For the most part, always had a decent interaction with the workers until today. I saw a promo for a free footlong sub through a subscription I have, and you can only get it if you order online. I rarely order online and didn't see the issue. When I went to pickup my order, the lady who I usually interact with was SO RUDE, saying I have never spent money there and never ordered online, and how she's never seen my name on an online order so I shouldn't have gotten a free sandwich, and was almost about to fight with me about it. I told her I have literally have been frequenting this store since I was a child and even into my adult life, and she was rude and just handed me the sandwich begrudgingly. It was the most unsatisfying sandwich, and even the bread was incorrect. They just lost an almost 20 year customer because of this interaction.
I don't normally write bad reviews but was just awful. How can someone talk to a customer like that, regardless of how long they've been going there or HOW THEY ORDERED.

What a disgusting location first I drove 20 minutes because they were open late lady working rude as hell 20 minute drive for her to not wanna do her job and say “she doesn’t wanna take coupons at the moment” I willl be calling corporate in the morning. Disgusting. I took a picture of her and the establishment DISGUSTING & she was just sitting there on her phone.

The place is fine but I got a server who didn't make the sandwich properly. There were overall less toppings added to the sandwich. I had to speak up for every topping. Its bad enough the price for a sandwich is $20, but give me what I'm paying for. Ill still go here but wont use that particular server.

Worst subway i have ever been to in my life. They dont uphold the coupons that get sent in the mail. They charge extra even for one extra tomato slice. Literally spent 18.93 on a foot long and took one bit and threw it out i had a fly in my sandwich
Came to this subway with a two for one footlong coupon and the lady told me that the coupon only works for a spicy Italian. This is not what it says on the coupon. She then gave me eight slices of meat in total. Meanwhile, the minimum is eight slices of pepperoni and salami for a spicy Italian.
