This place used to be so good. Ordered door dash here the other night. Dasher arrived in 4 mins and the food was ice cold. They sent old food and the completely wrong drink. Also when you go to the drive thru it’s a an ai robot voice taking your order. It’s just not good lately.

Each time I came to get food, the food was freezing cold, like they just take it out the fridge and I always taste my food as soon as I enter my car to see if it’s cold or not, I went and they had remake my food on a different day I ordered nacho fries and nachos and they gave me very very cold food again. So I asked for a refund and she was like we remade it and I didn’t want it because the last time they claim they remade the fries, they just took stale fries and threw it back in the fryer and it taste old. She also tried to say that I stayed in my car for so long, which is untrue, I placed my order, sat in my car waiting for it, as soon as it was ready came out and tried it immediately and by the time they took to refry me old food, the rest of everything else in the bag was getting cold too. So when I asked for a refund she kept refusing although I already gave her the nachos back. And then she was finally like here take your money but never come which here again cause we’ll never remake anything for you. And plus she also gave me incorrect money back. It was 7.44 for my bowl because I added stuff to it and she gave me $5 back & gave me an attitude because they gave me cold food like what am I supposed to do, eat that nasty stuff ? And when you ask to speak to someone they act like they cannot understand you at all and just look at you confused

This Taco Bell location is the worst always a wait for your order . Never fails every time I come here the wait is always ridiculous between the drive through and the inside I don’t know which is worse .
Price is now comparable with McDonald's. Popeyes and the other fast food restaurants. The food is good, and it's a break from french fries.

They do not understand a simple order‼️ My son has a dairy allergy and I mentioned NO Cheese several times and they messed up the order. My son got sick because the cheese was no visible
