This place is lagging.. owner needs to review employees bc the wait is crazy when no ones there and the smoothies have been coming out so unbalanced.

Very poorly run, they always get the order wrong, or forget it completely. For $12 a sandwich, they should get the order right.
The employee here Gary was very kind, helpful, and had a great attitude you could tell he loves his job

Idk what's going on with the morning crew but lately they been messing up my orders. I'm not saying one time either. Has to be the 3rd time they messed up. I order a south west wrap, I get some Thai chicken wrap!!. I order an Acai bowl, I get a acia smoothie ???? Like huh ??? Ya gotta do better l.
Place closed before 10pm
This place is horrible and should just close down. You will literally wait on the drive through line for an hour. Horrible horrible service. They need more staff or more blenders. Figure it out tropical smoothie

Took almost an hour to just get a smoothie.
“Take out”
Drive thru Speaker box they don’t respond, second time this is happening. Brunette and a blonde female working. Around 7pm Sep, 28 saturday. Waiting in front of the window for 10 minutes, before someone came to help. Smoothie wasn’t mixed well, it was told to be mixed.

I ordered two smoothies and two wraps on one of my visits, and they gave me a wrap with frozen rice, so I immediately went back inside to ask them to remake it. The girl said “im so sorry, I really apologize, but we just shut our oven down so there’s nothing at all we can do. Let me add you to our book, for what you got.” But I guess she forgot to add the 2 wraps. Anyways on my next visit, I tell them I’m in the book for the 2 smoothies& two wraps and they say you’re only in the book for 2 smoothies, and one wrap, so I asked to speak to a Manager and he said, we gotta follow the book and we’re not even suppose to have a book, we got rid of it months ago. So I asked why is it still being used if they “got rid” of it months ago, when they still use it. He said I don’t know. I explained how both the wraps had frozen rice in it and was uncooked. And they didn’t care to fix it or let me speak to the district manager. I’m on my way to work, it’s not like I can warm it on my way there. And I always come there. They rushed to make my food because they knew it was closing time, and the food didn’t take long so that’s how I know

Absolutely horrible
Staff ignores you , gets mad when you ask to place an order even though they skipped you and helped 3 people who came after you even when you were there for 10 mins
Not sure if they were having bad days but please do better
