Uhhh I go to this location a lot but today might be my last day! I got a açaí bowl with Nutella and it was hair wrapped around my bananas like truly disgusting

They take their time here. Barely any customers still takes 20 mins to do an order. This is ridiculous

Waste of $9 and 12 cents for a blueberry Bliss smoothie, was very bitter and no flavor at all. I didn't try till I was halfway home. What a waste of money. Who ever made it does not know what they're doing. Was so bad. Tip, Make sure you try it before you leave. Lesson learned 😩

STAY AWAY. Place looks fresh and clean on the outside but inside is a hot mess. A bunch of teens running the place, NEVER a manager around, food is gross, you can’t get a refund. I hate that this is the closest location to me.

Three strikes you’re out. First was a piece of plastic in my smoothie, had to fight the staff for a refund, second my chicken was undercooked, not edible, never heard back from the manager, thirdly, ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was totally inedible. They told me to bring it back for an exchange. What are you doing with the bad one??? No quality control. Never again will I go to this location. I’ll drive out of my way. I filed a corporate complaint as well.

I must say every Tropical Smoothie that I have went to They all make the smoothies different. My experience is they either to order it or they’re not thick enough or they have no flavor and you can’t even taste the fruit. The only Tropical Smoothie that I feel makes the best smoothies is Merrick, Hewlett and Garden City. When you ask him to make it the way you want it to be made they will but Lindenhurst they don’t listen. I have told him the same thing numerous of times please do not make it watery and please give it flavor. I want to be able to taste my fruit in my smoothie however they still continue to ignore the customer request. So moving forward, I have decided not to go there anymore. I’m going to go to the ones that listen and make my Smoothie the way I request.

This place is lagging.. owner needs to review employees bc the wait is crazy when no ones there and the smoothies have been coming out so unbalanced.

Very poorly run, they always get the order wrong, or forget it completely. For $12 a sandwich, they should get the order right.
